What is hedigear.com return policy?

We don’t expect you’ll want to part with your HEDi-PACK any time soon, but if you do wake up one day and decide to stop making memories and take a timeout on your journey, we have you covered. All purchases made on hedigear.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 15 days of shipment. All returned items must be in the same brand-new condition with original tags still intact and in the original packing. Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

REFUNDS

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Your refund will include the price of the bag and any taxes, but will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable and will be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
